Every smile is different. Below are the two most common paths, with the full breakdown beneath them. Your exact figure is always confirmed in writing at your specialist examination.
Simple cases
For mild crowding, small gaps, or front-teeth tidy-ups, usually shorter treatment with braces or clear aligners.
- Ideal for focused, single-goal cases
- Braces or clear aligners
- Fixed, fully-inclusive price
- Retainers included
Full & complex cases
For correcting the bite, crowding, teeth that stick out or are stuck under the gum, guiding jaw growth, and cases that need jaw surgery, the work a specialist is trained for.
- Planned and delivered by your specialist orthodontist
- Any appliance: braces, LightForce, clear aligners, plates & expanders
- All records, appointments, adjustments & reviews
- Retainers and aftercare included
Why a range? A specialist takes on cases others can't, and complex treatment genuinely varies in length and appliances. We'd rather quote you honestly and exactly after seeing your teeth than give you a number that changes later.
The full price list
Complete, all-inclusive treatment fees as a guide. Your exact figure is confirmed in writing after your specialist examination.
Simple or cosmetic alignment
Comprehensive treatment - straightforward
Comprehensive treatment - moderate
Comprehensive treatment - complex
Comprehensive treatment - highly complex
Children's early treatment - both phases
Early Phase 1 on its own
All fees are complete and all-inclusive: diagnostic records, appliances, every appointment, retainers and aftercare. For children, combined Phase 1 and Phase 2 plans are quoted together from the outset, so families know the full investment rather than meeting a second fee later. Treating early in two planned phases can save money over the long run, by reducing the need for longer or more complex treatment later, and it makes the cost easy to plan for. A longer interest-free payment plan, usually over 30 months, is available for combined two-phase treatment.
Every treatment quote includes
Spread the cost, interest-free
In-house interest-free plan
Pay a deposit, then equal monthly payments by automatic direct debit, completely interest-free. Available for all braces and clear aligner treatments.
$500 off paid in full
Settle your comprehensive braces or clear aligner treatment upfront and save $500. Bank transfer, card or Eftpos welcome.
Family discount
If an immediate family member is in treatment or has been in the last 3 years: $200 off your second family member, $300 off each one after.
Southern Cross Affiliated Provider. If you hold Southern Cross health insurance, you may be able to use it toward part of your treatment, depending on your policy.
We want treatment to be affordable, and we're happy to work with you. If our standard plan, spread over around 18 months, doesn't suit your situation, or you have more than one child needing treatment, please talk to us. We can often spread the cost further, worked out with you on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing questions
Why does a specialist cost more than a general dentist?
A specialist orthodontist completes years of additional university training beyond dental school, and takes on cases a general dentist refers out. That expertise means more predictable results, fewer complications, and treatment planned start-to-finish by the specialist herself.
Why can't you give me an exact price online?
We can give you the honest range here, and we'll give you the exact figure, in writing, at your specialist examination, once we've seen your teeth. We'd rather be precise than quote a number that changes later.
Is the Free Smile Assessment really free?
Yes. It's a no-cost, no-obligation conversation with our Treatment Coordinator, in clinic or on Zoom, to help you understand your options before committing to anything.
Do you treat at both Newmarket and Albany?
Yes, our established Newmarket clinic, and our new Albany clinic opening August 2026. You're welcome at whichever suits you.
Start with a free, friendly chat
