Our new practice at 6 Munroe Lane, Albany is now open, bringing specialist orthodontics to the North Shore. A whole new clinic creates opportunities across the team, clinical and front of house, in both locations. If you would like to help open a brand new practice from day one, we would love to hear from you early.
Roles we are hiring for now
Patient Coordinator
Full time, Monday to Friday, across our Newmarket and Albany clinics. $28 to $32 an hour.
You are the first voice on the phone and the friendly face at the front desk. You welcome patients and families, keep the day running smoothly, and help people take their next step with confidence. It is a trainee role that grows into Treatment Coordinator, with full paid training, paid travel between clinics, a staff orthodontic discount and four weeks of paid leave.
We are looking for someone warm, organised and calm on a busy day, who enjoys people as much as a tidy diary. You will need the right to work in New Zealand, a driver licence and your own car, and at least a year in a customer-facing role. Dental experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
