Results from our Auckland clinic
These are the problems we treat every week: crowding, gaps, high canines and deep bites. Here is how they finished.

A lower front tooth had been squeezed right out of the arch. We made the space it needed and guided every tooth into line.

This canine sat high above the arch with a large gap beneath it. We guided it down into its proper place and the smile closed up evenly.

The gap between these front teeth was wide enough to see the lower teeth through it. It is now completely closed, with every tooth in contact.

A prominent gap between the two front teeth, closed completely, with the rest of the smile brought into line at the same time.

Overlapped, rotated front teeth and a bite so deep the lower teeth barely showed. Both were fixed together in one treatment.

A rotated side tooth and a canine erupting high above the line. With the right space created, every tooth found its place.

Before treatment the lower teeth were almost completely hidden behind the uppers. Now the bite sits where it should.

Canines that erupt high and stick out are one of the most common worries we see. This one now sits perfectly in line.

A badly displaced side tooth and teeth competing for space. Careful specialist planning turned it into a straight, evenly spaced smile.

Not every case is dramatic. Small overlaps, a rotated tooth and a few small spaces, finished to the same specialist standard as the complex cases.

Looking down at the lower arch: rotated, overlapping teeth guided into a smooth curve. The thin wire in the after photo is a bonded retainer, quietly holding the result.

This upper side tooth sat right outside the arch and the bite was too deep. Both were corrected together in one plan. The X-rays below are this same patient.

The change shows on X-ray too
Photos show the smile. X-rays show the bite. These are the before and after records of the same patient, the displaced side tooth from the last card above.

Specialist orthodontics is about tooth roots, jaws and bites, not just the front six teeth. That is why every Milk treatment starts with proper diagnostic records and a written plan.

Common questions about our results
Are these real Milk Orthodontics patients?
Yes. Every photo on this page is a real Milk Orthodontics patient treated at our Auckland clinic, and every one is shared with the patient's permission. We never use stock photos on this page.
Will my teeth look like one of these results?
Every mouth is different, so no two results are identical. What these photos show is what specialist planning can do for crowding, gaps and bite problems. At your free Smile Assessment we look at your teeth and tell you honestly what is realistic for you. If you have been quoted elsewhere, we also offer second opinions.
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
Most full treatments take around 18 to 24 months. Simpler cosmetic corrections can be faster, and complex cases can take longer. You get a clear time estimate in your written treatment plan before anything starts.
How much does treatment like this cost?
The first step is a complimentary Smile Assessment. A full diagnostic work-up with a written treatment plan and exact quote is $390. All-inclusive treatment fees start from $7,900 for simple cosmetic treatment and from $9,900 for comprehensive specialist treatment, with interest-free payment plans that work out around $60 to $76 a week for most people. See our pricing page for the full picture.
